The event is scheduled to run from 09:00 to 15:30 and is organized by the Komae Citizens' Festival Executive Committee Secretariat. The Ecorma Stage is recruiting performers, open to dance groups or individuals living or working in the city, or connected to Komae City, who are active in dancing inside or outside the city. Sponsors are also being recruited at 5,000 yen per unit or through product sponsorship, offering benefits such as listing the sponsor's name in the booklet pamphlet and on digital signage.
