In the 259th session of "Folktales Told Around the Irori Hearth" held at the Mizuho Town Local History Museum Keyakikan, Mr. Kazuharu Hirayama, a former chairman of the Cultural Properties Protection Council and a scholar with deep knowledge of local history, will serve as the storyteller. Mr. Hirayama will share intriguing local stories through folktales and legends handed down in Hakonegasaki and neighboring areas. It is an event where you can have a valuable experience connecting with local history and culture around a traditional irori hearth. No advance reservation is required, and anyone can participate freely.
