Under the theme "One Strike, Whole Soul! A Japanese Drum Festival Created by Everyone!", this is a festival of traditional culture in Miyamae Ward loved for over 25 years, featuring powerful Japanese taiko drum performances, "Miyamae Neputa" crafted by local junior high school students, and adorable Aramadance by nursery school children. Bringing together local traditional performing arts passed down across generations, the festival features powerful performances by "Japaund" (a Japanese drum troupe active nationwide) and local taiko groups, a taiko trial corner, and a yukata dressing corner, offering interactive programs where visitors can directly experience Japanese culture. Guests can also enjoy dynamic performances at the Citizens' Plaza and colorful Miyamae Neputa displays.
