About this event
The annual "Agape Festival" will be held at the Agape Center, a comprehensive welfare facility for people with disabilities operated by the Japan Christian Social Welfare Foundation. On the fun stage, local dance and club groups, Japanese drum (wadaiko) groups, and others will perform to liven up the venue. Food trucks will also appear, offering various gourmet foods to enjoy. Food stalls will sell items made at workshops within the city, as well as yakisoba, yakitori, taiyaki, croquettes, karaage (fried chicken), tonjiru (pork miso soup), frankfurters, and more. In addition, candle-making workshop experiences and a stamp rally with sweets as prizes are planned, making it an event that adults and children alike can enjoy. Coming by public transportation is recommended; take the bus bound for Zama Aeon from the west exit of Minami-Rinkan Station, get off at the "Komatsubara 2-chome" bus stop, and walk for 3 minutes.
