This solo exhibition challenges the stiff and safe impressions often associated with the phrase 'black attire,' proposing ways to enjoy the color black with free-thinking creativity. It encourages visitors to transcend boundaries of Japanese and Western styles, age, and gender to discover their own unique 'black attire.' Exploring the multifaceted world of black—formal, fashion-forward, unisex, edgy, and casual—it also introduces the charm of black in highlighting vibrant colors. The venue will feature activities where guests can enjoy on-the-spot coordinating using kimono and Western clothing they bring, along with tea time for casual chatting. In addition, sweets from Cafe Harunire will be sold, and tickets for a 'Halloween Party' at the same venue will be available for purchase. Some purchased items will be delivered at a later date.
