About this event
Based on the Nihon Shoki description that 'burning water and burning earth were presented from the land of Koshi,' this event reenacts the scene where burning water 'Kusozu' was presented to Emperor Tenji through a 'Presentation Procession' and 'Presentation Ceremony.' The scenes of presenting Kusozu to the imperial capital, such as the oil extraction ceremony, presentation procession, and presentation ceremony, are performed in a manner modeled after historical tales. With dance and Yosakoi performances, food trucks, and stalls, it is ideal for spending a summer evening. The stage events feature kids' dance performances, dance exhibitions, Yosakoi performances, and a fire performance show. Afterwards, open-participation Bon Odori and a grand bingo tournament will also be held.
