Held in Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture, "Funaguchi Matsuri 2026" is an event where Funaguchi sake fans gather to fully savor and experience its appeal. The daytime session offers free admission, featuring a festival fair (ennichi) that adults and children alike can enjoy. Various food stalls and sales of original merchandise are also planned, filling the venue with all things Funaguchi. The nighttime session is held as an advance reservation-only night festival featuring a wide array of special "Funaguchi" varieties. Free shuttle buses will operate from Shibata Station, making access convenient. This festival provides a valuable opportunity to experience the charms of Funaguchi from multiple angles.
