Itoigawa Craft Fair 2026

About this event

The Itoigawa Craft Fair 2026 will be held at the Nou Gymnasium from Saturday, November 21, to Sunday, November 22, 2026. Held for the first time since 2019, this event has been operated under a new organization since 2025, with changes to both the event timing and venue. Although the venue, Nou Gymnasium, is equipped with heating and cooling facilities, a breakdown of the heating system has been reported, and both visitors and exhibitors are encouraged to come dressed warmly. When taking breaks or having meals, using the second-floor meeting room where heating is available is recommended. In addition, installing heating appliances such as blue heaters inside the arena is being considered. Exhibitor applications are accepted from June 1 to July 15, and if applications exceed the quota, a screening process will take place. Vendors operating kitchen cars or selling manufactured items such as baked goods and side dishes in outdoor tents are also being recruited, with an application deadline of August 31. Past events saw approximately 9,000 visitors in 2016, 10,000 in 2017, 9,000 in 2018, and 7,000 in 2019. Expectations are high for the newly organized Itoigawa Craft Fair.
