Held at Prefectural Park Taikoyama Land in Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture, the 'Toyama Forest and Wood Festival 2026' is an event where you can learn about Toyama's rich forests and wood while having fun. On the day, various events will take place from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. At the Outdoor Theater, ceremonies and pre-registered baby & kids races will be held, with programs proceeding on the event stage starting at 11:00 AM. In the event area, a variety of activities to experience forests and wood with all five senses are prepared, offering endless attractions. In addition, at the Family Sports Plaza, children can enjoy play equipment made of Toyama wood, and visitors can relax on benches made of prefectural timber. In the Forest and Wood Marche Area, you can enjoy shopping in pleasant nature with forestry experiences using timber and special handmade shops. This festival is a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to fully enjoy Toyama's nature.
