This is a geo tour where you climb from Murodo to Mount Murodo with a curator from the Tateyama Caldera Sabo Museum, tracing the geological history of Mount Tateyama's formation. By observing landforms and rocks, you can gain deep insights into how Mount Tateyama originated and how the land evolved. This tour is intended for individuals in 3rd grade of elementary school or older who have climbed mountains about 5 times within the past year or possess equivalent physical fitness. The climbing difficulty level is rated as Level 2. Wearing a helmet is recommended. The itinerary may be changed or canceled depending on weather conditions or transportation on the day. Confirmation of details and registration must be done on the dedicated website 'Hokuriku Tanbou'. The ending time may vary depending on the progress of the tour. If carrying out the itinerary is difficult due to stormy weather or poor visibility, it may be changed to a stroll around areas aligned with the tour theme or to a tour of the Tateyama Caldera Sabo Museum. The event hours are from 08:00 to 17:30.
