33rd Alluvial Fan Marathon in Nyuzen

Running across a scenic course on the Kurobe River Alluvial Fan against the backdrop of the Northern Alps, the "33rd Alluvial Fan Marathon in Nyuzen" will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026. With a wide range of divisions prepared—including a Family Division open to preschoolers, a Jogging Division (1.5 km), a 3 km Division, a 5 km Division, a 10 km Division, and a Half Marathon Division—it is an event the whole family can enjoy. It is loved by many runners as a tournament fitting to conclude the Hokuriku running season. On the day of the event, check-in will be held at the Nyuzen Town General Gymnasium Sub-Arena, with check-in on the previous day also available. The opening ceremony begins at 8:50 AM, and starts for each division will commence sequentially from 9:40 AM. Commemorative T-shirts and other items are prepared as participation prizes, and in the Jogging and Family Divisions, participants can also enjoy character goods featuring Nyuzen Town's mascot "Janboru". In addition, a raffle is scheduled after the race, offering prizes such as Tokyo Disney Resort awards and travel vouchers. Services offering tastings of Nyuzen Town's unique local specialties are also planned.
