10th Notojima Triathlon

About this event

Set at the special venue in Notojima Marine Park Kaizoku Park in Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture, the 10th Notojima Triathlon will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026. Taking place across the entire Notojima island, this competition will be held at standard distance (1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run). The date was set for late August with wishes for support and reconstruction for the regions affected by the 2024 earthquake. A portion of the entry fee will be donated as relief funds. The capacity is 400 participants for Age Group (individual) and 30 teams for Relay on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligibility requires being 18 years of age or older and an active 2026 JTU registered member. On the day of the event, after athlete check-in, final registration, and water entry check, the swim start will be signaled in the order of Men, Women, and Relay. The time limit is 4 hours and 30 minutes. Participation guides are scheduled to be sent in early July.
