Hakusan Torigoe Fresh Soba Festival

Local buckwheat noodle shops gather in Torigoe, a renowned soba area, allowing visitors to taste and compare delicious freshly made and freshly boiled soba noodles using freshly harvested buckwheat flour. Stalls featuring local specialty goods and regional gourmet foods will also be available to satisfy visiting guests. The event takes place around the time when autumn foliage reaches its peak, allowing visitors to enjoy both the autumn colors of the mountains and delicious soba noodles. Dressing warmly is recommended when attending.
