About this event

Tojinbo SUNSET 2026 is an event held during the season when sunsets appear at their most beautiful. Various fun activities take place enveloped in the sunset sinking into the sea. It is perfect for an outing while bathing in the autumn sunset. In the event, you can board an evening sightseeing boat and experience the breathtaking scenery of Tojinbo dyed in the sunset from the ocean—a view normally unobtainable—as well as the townscape of Mikuni Minato, which flourished with Kitamaebune trading ships. Passengers on the sightseeing boat will receive a bonus joint admission ticket for the Old Kishina Residence and Machinokura, allowing you to tour them before the cruise departs. In addition, there will be tips on sunset photography provided by a famous local guide, fun commentary during the cruise, and one complimentary drink. Cruises may be cancelled or course-altered due to stormy weather or high waves. Operation status will be announced on the Mikuni Kaiso website around 10:00 AM on the day. Minors cannot board unaccompanied.
