Miyako no Mori Uguisu Hall turns into a movie theater for "Uguisu Cinema: Autumn Two-Day Screening", held on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, 2026. On Saturday, October 3, the movie "Beyond the Summit, There You Are", depicting the life of mountaineer Junko Tabei, will be screened. From her first ascent of Mt. Everest in 1975 to her later years, her way of living—never losing her bright smile while facing hardships—is portrayed. The morning screening starts at 10:30 and the afternoon screening at 13:30, with an admission fee of 1,000 yen. On Sunday, October 4, the popular children's movie "Crayon Shin-chan: Fast and Frightening! My Yokai Vacation" will be screened. It is a thrilling adventure story where the Nohara family wanders into the world of yokai, and Hiroshi and Misae have their oshiridama taken and are transformed into yokai. This will also have a morning screening at 10:30 and an afternoon screening at 13:30, with an admission fee of 800 yen. On both days, advance tickets (nationwide tickets/theater tickets) cannot be used, so please pay upon admission.
