Held at 'Mu no Mori' in Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture, 'Charcoal-Grilled Trout Experience' is one of the autumn/winter food education activities starting from October 15, 2026. It is this autumn/winter's first new activity where visitors can savor locally produced trout from Uenohara, fragrant and freshly grilled over charcoal. Set in a pleasant location with the sound of a babbling stream, it offers a special healing time that engages all five senses with crackling charcoal sounds, savory aromas, and clear autumn skies. The fee is 1,300 yen (tax included) per fish, available in limited quantities. Hosted at the free-admission 'Mu no Mori', this experience can be enjoyed alongside sweet potato harvesting and mess tin (hango) rice cooking experiences. Day-trip BBQ plans are also available, making it ideal for an autumn outing. Event dates and contents are subject to change without notice.
