Craft Picnic, where various craftspeople gather in Agata no Mori, is a 2-day event where users and makers meet, allowing visitors to see and experience the actual process of shaping items. The venue is Agata no Mori Park Heiwa Square (Lawn Plaza) in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. The event dates and times are Saturday, October 17, 2026, 10:00-16:00, and Sunday, October 18, 2026, 10:00-15:30. Access is about 10 minutes by "Town Sneaker East Course", "North City Line Eastbound", or "Yokota Shinshu University Loop Line" bus from Matsumoto Station, getting off at "Shuho Gakko-mae", or about a 20-minute walk from Matsumoto Station. There is no dedicated parking lot, so the use of public transportation is recommended. You can use nearby paid parking lots or make use of the HELLO CYCLING bike share service. Please inquire at the information desk for lost items at the venue. Contacting the Matsumoto Craft Promotion Association Secretariat is required after the event period ends. As trash cans are not installed at the venue, visitors must take their trash home. Agata no Mori Park is completely non-smoking throughout the entire area. Those who feel unwell are asked to refrain from visiting.
