Tachihara Plateau Night! Barbecue & Stargazing

About this event

This matchmaking event takes place at Tachihara Plateau, located at an elevation of 1,400 meters in Minamiaiki Village, Nagano Prefecture. In an environment rich in nature, participants deepen their connections over a barbecue while enjoying spectacular views and a sky full of stars. Because of the high altitude, it stays cool even in summer, and the resort-like atmosphere sets the stage for lively conversations while grilling delicious meat, pizza, and marshmallows. After the meal, there is time to interact while gazing at the night sky, where the star-filled heavens bring couples closer together. The event is hosted by Minamiaiki Village, with the Saku Bridal Council serving as the secretariat. The minimum operating number is 3 men and 3 women; in the event of excess applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Lottery results will be sent by email by Wednesday, August 26, and notification will be sent by Wednesday, September 2 in case of event cancellation. A cancellation policy applies: cancellations made after winning the lottery incur a fee of 4,000 yen for men and 1,000 yen for women.
