This autumn, THE HIRAMATSU Karuizawa Miyota, nestled in the forests of Miyota Town, Nagano Prefecture, will host its first collaboration project with Paris-based artist Anko Miura, titled "Tracing the Memories of the Land with a Paintbrush." For this project, new paintings created by Anko Miura, inspired by the experience of staying in Miyota, will be exhibited throughout the property. Furthermore, Le Grand Lys, the French restaurant inside the hotel, will offer a special collaboration dinner themed "Shinshu Ingredients x Anko Miura." In particular, during the special dinner event held exclusively for 3 days from Friday, October 23 to Sunday, October 25, Anko Miura will participate in person, allowing guests to enjoy a special time touching upon the memories of the land of Miyota through art and gastronomy while discussing artworks and creative process. This dinner includes pairings, with a rare champagne, "Les Bulles d'Amour," whose label was designed by Anko Miura, served for the opening toast. You can look forward to a special experience stimulating your sensibilities, truly fitting for an artistic autumn.
