About this event
Held at the Iijima Town Cultural Center in Nagano Prefecture, "Expression Art Festival 2026" is an art event that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to adults. Under the theme of "Wakuwaku" (excitement), more than 20 workshops will gather. Admission is free, while participation in individual booths ranges from 0 to 500 yen. Reception begins at 9:30 AM, and the event runs from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This festival offers opportunities to experience "Expression Art"—expressing one's mind and feelings through various outward methods—aiming to nurture non-cognitive skills such as creativity, self-expression, and self-esteem. Participants can freely enjoy expression in a world with no correct or incorrect answers. A dedicated event website is also available with detailed information.
