About this event

This is the autumn edition of the unique "Chin-Chin Bakufu" event, where Hiraya Village transforms into a mini shogunate 4 times a year. Named after the history of Hiraya Village, which flourished during the Sengoku period as a post town on the Sanshu Kaido and Ina Kaido routes known as salt roads, both villagers and tourists can enjoy the festivities together. In the autumn edition, performances of traditional Kabuki theater are held. It is a precious opportunity to experience regional culture while feeling the rich nature and history of Hiraya Village. As the content changes every year, you will likely make new discoveries with every visit.
