This is the Autumn Grand Festival held at Hakama Fudoson, an ascetic training ground with over 1,200 years of history that is counted as one of the Three Fudos of Mino. This festival is a traditional event to pray for good health, business prosperity, and bountiful harvests, featuring events such as Daihannya tendoku (ritual reading of the Great Prajnaparamita Sutra), saito goma kuyo (sacred fire ritual), and mochi throwing. Hakama Fudoson is a sacred site that has attracted the faith of people since ancient times, offering a precious opportunity to feel its history and tradition.
