Coloring the summer nights of Hida Furukawa, Lights of Hida: White Wall Candle Night is a magical event where countless candles are lit along the white-walled storehouse street along the Seto River. The lights, placed with care by local residents, create a serene evening unique to Hida Furukawa. This year, events enjoyable across generations will also be held, including Bon Odori, which was revived last year, a yukata show, a market (marche), and a fire show. You can enjoy a special evening feeling human warmth and the summer atmosphere of Hida Furukawa while strolling leisurely among the lights.
