A two-day town festival held along the Misakubo Shopping Street in Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The shopping street becomes a pedestrian paradise, featuring a costume contest during the day and scheduled food stall/float parades and fireworks displays at night. A procession of dancers moves through the mountain town, and local community events are held along the riverbank, bringing lively energy throughout the neighborhood.
