The "18th Mishima Bar Week" will be held for 7 days from Sunday, October 4 to Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This event allows visitors to enjoy eating and drinking while hopping around unique local shops in Mishima City. Moving away from the traditional image of "bar = evening drinking", its appeal lies in being enjoyable from daytime. In addition to visiting lunch spots, cafes, bakeries, and sweet shops, there will also be "Souvenir Bars" offering takeout and "Experience Bars" offering various hands-on activities. With 54 participating stores, holding a value-packed Bar Ticket to hop between shops of interest and stroll through the town will make for 7 days where you can discover your favorite shops and special dishes. Bar Tickets cost 4,500 yen in advance for a booklet of 5 tickets, and same-day tickets cost 5,000 yen for a booklet of 5 tickets or 1,000 yen per single ticket. Online reservations for advance tickets begin on Friday, September 4, and advance ticket sales and exchanges at all participating stores begin on Friday, September 11. Additionally, as an "After Bar", unused Mishima Bar tickets can be used as 700-yen vouchers at participating stores for 2 days from Sunday, October 11 to Monday (public holiday), October 12.
