Makinohara Industrial Fair 2026

About this event

The "Makinohara Industrial Fair 2026" will be held in the parking lots surrounding the Makinohara City Hall Haibara Government Building. Businesses operating within the city and various local organizations will set up booths for sales and exhibitions. The vendor fee for food, beverage, and retail sales is 1,000 yen, while booths for exhibitions and free hands-on experiences are free of charge. Vendors must prepare their own equipment, and each space measures 3 meters wide by 4 meters deep. Booth locations are entirely at the discretion of the management office. Operating permits required for food and beverage sales must be obtained at the vendor's own responsibility. Around 100 booths are being recruited on a first-come, first-served basis. The application deadline is Friday, September 18, but applications will close as soon as capacity is reached. Application forms can be downloaded from the City Hall or Chamber of Commerce website, or obtained in person at the Chamber of Commerce counter. Vendor fees must be paid upon application.
