3rd Minamiizu Town Michikusa Bochibochi Full Marathon

A full marathon running leisurely and step-by-step through the southernmost tip of Izu. With a time limit of 9 hours and 30 minutes, it is Japan's most laid-back marathon, welcoming even first-timers with peace of mind. While taking in the stunning scenery of Minamiizu Town, runners can enjoy delicious gourmet foods served at 11 specialty 'Michikusa' aid stations. It is truly a 'detour' marathon where you can run with the feel of traveling. Finishing within 5 hours results in disqualification, making this an event for generous-hearted runners focused on savoring scenery and gourmet treats rather than competing for time. Participation and finishing prizes such as commemorative original T-shirts and bath towels are also provided. Cosplay participation is welcomed, and awards will be given for the best costumes.
