Little World New Spots Opening

Japanese name:リトルワールド 新スポットオープン

📅 Sat, Sep 5, 2026

📍 Inuyama, Aichi

About this event

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, two new spots will open at the open-air ethnographic museum "Little World" in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture: the dining eatery "Tohoku Chaya," which conveys the food culture of Tohoku, and "American Adventure Valley," an experience area where visitors can experience 19th-century America. At "Tohoku Chaya," you can enjoy dishes inspired by the diverse mochi eating culture of the Ichinoseki area in Iwate Prefecture, as well as original creative menus using specialty products from Tohoku. Dining is also permitted inside the adjacent "Yamagata Prefecture Mt. Gassan Foothill House." "American Adventure Valley" is themed around Native American hunting culture and the 19th-century Gold Rush, offering a rich variety of hands-on activities for both adults and children, including bow and arrow games, blowgun games, shooting games, and gemstone hunting. Due to preparatory construction work for the opening of the new spots, restrictions may be implemented in certain areas. Details regarding the menu items and experience attractions are scheduled to be announced around late August 2026. It is a spotlight spot this autumn where you can simultaneously enjoy the flavors of Tohoku and the adventurous spirit of 19th-century America.
