Held in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, the 38th Inazawa Sand Festa 2026 is an event that takes advantage of the rich nature along the Kiso River and the Sobue Sand Dunes, a rare river sand dune formation in Japan. Set at Sario Park Sobue, the sand sculpture exhibition 'Dynamism - Thrilling Moments' will be held. This theme is inspired by the dynamism of athletes competing in the Asian Games and Asian Para Games, as well as the exhilarating moments people experience in life. In addition to the exhibition of large sand sculptures, visitors can create small sand sculptures under the guidance of instructors at the sand art workshop area. A wide variety of events are also scheduled, including bamboo pop-gun making, beach volleyball trials, sand dune environmental conservation activities, a gourmet food corner, and displays of fire engines, making it an event that the whole family can enjoy.
