2026 Tobishima Village Hometown Festa

In Tobishima Village, the Reiwa 8 (2026) Tobishima Village Hometown Festa will be held, featuring lifelong learning and agricultural promotion divisions. For the lifelong learning division, the Cultural Festival will take place from October 31 (Sat) to November 1 (Sun) in the second-floor gym of the General Gymnasium, and the Performing Arts Festival will be held on November 1 (Sun) at the Central Community Center Hall. In addition, an art appreciation concert featuring Takashi Hosokawa & Konomi Mori is scheduled for October 31 (Sat) at the Central Community Center Hall; advance ticket sales begin on September 13 (Sun), and general sales start on September 26 (Sat). Furthermore, the Chrysanthemum Exhibition will run from October 31 (Sat) to November 15 (Sun) in the plaza in front of the Central Community Center. The agricultural promotion division (Agricultural Festival) will take place on October 31 (Sat) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon) at the Tobishima Village Sukoyaka Center, featuring direct sales of fresh agricultural and livestock products and flowers, as well as tastings and sales of processed local agricultural products from Tobishima Village. A gardening (container gardening) workshop will also be held, requiring advance registration with a participation fee of 1,000 yen. Tractor exhibits and ride-along experiences, as well as introductions to pest control animals and drainage pumping stations, are also planned.
