Higashiura Gochamaze Exchange Gathering

Held for the first time in Higashiura Town, the 'Higashiura Gochamaze Exchange Gathering' is an event where diverse people connected to or interested in Higashiura Town—such as residents, commercial and industrial operators, farmers, volunteer organizations, and town officials—can interact across generations and positions. The event consists of two parts: Part 1 'Gochamaze Yaru DAY' will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Memory Tongatta Style Cultural Center. Here, through a diverse range of programs such as orchestral performances, corporate booths, a clown show, Higa-Colle 2026, tastings and samplings of Tourism Association recommended souvenir products, and a raffle, you can learn about Higashiura Town and deepen exchanges with a wide range of people while having fun. In particular, 'Gochamaze! Minna de Asobima SHOW,' where you sing and dance together with Higashiura Town nursery teachers, and 'Higa-Colle 2026,' which introduces organizations active in the community, are programs enjoyable for both adults and children. Part 2 'Gochamaze Shi NIGHT' will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higashiura Town Labor Welfare Hall, where you can enjoy new encounters and connections while savoring gourmet food and alcoholic beverages of Higashiura Town. A flair bartender show, tastings and samplings of Tourism Association recommended souvenir products, and a raffle are also scheduled. Part 1 has free admission, but Part 2 costs 1,000 yen (ticket purchase system) and includes two Gochamaze gourmet vouchers and a raffle ticket. Drinks and additional food require separate purchases. Tickets can be purchased from Tuesday, October 13, 2026 to Monday, November 16 at the Higashiura Town Office Welfare Division counter, the Administrative Service Corner (Aeon Mall Higashiura 2nd floor), and the Higashiura Town Chamber of Commerce and Industry counter (Higashiura Town Labor Welfare Hall). Children of elementary school age and younger are admitted free of charge, but food and drinks require separate purchases.
