35th Amanohashidate Two-Day Walk (2026)

About this event

This is a walking event set in the Special Place of Scenic Beauty, Amanohashidate. Courses are arranged to visit steamboats, Kanabiki Falls, and more while enjoying the scenic views of white sand and green pines. On the first day, there are the Aso Sea Loop Course (23 km), Amanohashidate & Steamboat Course (10 km), and Amanohashidate Stroll Course (6 km). On the second day, the Sea, Village & Falls Experience Course (25 km), Kanabiki Falls & Sea Course (12 km), and Kanabiki Falls & Town Course (6 km) are offered. Residents of Miyazu City can participate free of charge regardless of age. Participants receive perks such as discounts on admission to Kasamatsu Park and fares for cable cars, as well as free admission to the Former Mikami Family Residence. Through special sponsorship, presenting the course completion certificate also entitles walkers to discounts on lifts to Amanohashidate View Land and Kasamatsu Park. The advance registration period is from July 1 to August 31, 2026.
