Kyotanabe Citizens' Festival "Tana Fes"

About this event

This is a call for vendors and exhibitors for the "Kyotanabe Citizens' Festival 2026". In accordance with the application guidelines, eligible applicants are businesses and organizations capable of outdoor product exhibitions/direct sales, food and beverage sales, or setting up product introduction corners. A restaurant business license or relevant permit is required for stalls involving the cooking of food and beverages. Vendor fees are 30,000 yen for a Large Tent (width 5.4m x depth 3.6m), 26,000 yen for a Medium Tent (width 3.6m x depth 2.7m), 18,000 yen for a Small Tent (width 2.7m x depth 1.8m), and 20,000 yen for bringing in one food truck. Equipment such as tables, folding chairs, tablecloths, and main power supplies can be rented for an additional fee. The vendor application period runs from Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 17, 2026 (Reiwa 8), accepted exclusively via the online application form on the official website. Approximately 60,000 people attended last year.
