"Shutcho! Nandemo Kanteidan in Nantan" Public Recording

"Shutcho! Nandemo Kanteidan," a popular segment from the TV show "Kaiun! Nandemo Kanteidan," is coming to Nantan City, Kyoto Prefecture. This event will be held as a commemorative project for the "43rd National Urban Greenery Fair in Kyoto Tamba." Why not have your "treasures"—cherished items passed down across generations that are sleeping in your home or shop—appraised? Anything can be submitted, from fine art to confectionery giveaways and toys. Take this opportunity to showcase a special treasure that connects with the history and lifestyle of Kyoto Tamba and hear the appraisers' surprising commentary. The public recording of the program will take place on the day and will be broadcast at a later date on TV Tokyo. Entry to the venue begins 1 hour before opening time. Admission is free with advance reservation required, scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Main Hall of Asuel Sonobe (Sonobe Cultural Hall, Nantan City). Viewing applicants must apply using a return postcard; a lottery will be held if applications exceed capacity. Priority may be given to residents of Nantan City. Applications for appraisal requests have already closed, but it will be a rare opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the TV show in person.
