Junior Camp

The "Junior Camp," jointly planned and implemented by the Kawachinagano City Youth Leaders Liaison Council and C.T Planning Co., Ltd., is a 2-day, 1-night camp for 1st to 3rd grade elementary school students living in the city. Held at the Takihata Furusato Cultural Heritage Forest Center, the program allows children to enjoy their first camping experience together with peers in nature through activities such as outdoor cooking and a campfire. The participation fee is 5,000 yen, and the capacity is 60 participants (chosen by lottery). The application deadline is Friday, July 24, 2026 (Reiwa 8). This camp offers children a valuable opportunity to connect with the rich local nature and cultivate cooperativeness and independence.
