The 46th Daito Citizens Festival: Flea Market

About this event

This flea market is held as part of the "46th Daito Citizens Festival," commemorating the 70th anniversary of the enforcement of Daito's municipal organization. Performances and decorations themed around the 70th anniversary of the city's incorporation are welcome, and visitors can enjoy shopping for clothing and various goods. Sales of food and beverages, living creatures, and games are not permitted. Flea market vendor eligibility is restricted to residents, students, and workers in Daito City, with applications open for approximately 20 vendor plots. The vendor fee is 3,000 yen per plot. Vendor applications close on Friday, July 31, 2026, and an orientation meeting will be held on Thursday, August 13, featuring a lottery for booth locations, an explanation of guidelines, and payment of the participation fee. On the day of the event, it will take place at Suehiro Park (Suminodo Station South Park).
