"Osaka Precious Wood Festa 2026" is an event designed to introduce more people to the charms of precious fine wood, such as its unique knots, grain patterns, colors, and scents. It will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Osaka Precious Wood Market. On the day, in addition to woodworking workshops (some may require a fee) where you can make chairs, chopsticks, and ballpoint pens, concerts by the traditional Japanese instrument ensemble "Koma" and SIBERIAN NEWSPAPER are also scheduled. Family-friendly fair booths and food stalls will also appear, offering content that everyone can enjoy, from children touching wood for the first time to those who have been familiar with wood for many years. This festa will be a great opportunity to rediscover the appeal of wood and feel closer to it.
