This is a one-day-only event held at Higashiosaka City Hall, serving as an open plaza where local residents gather. Visitors can enjoy a market, food stalls, and traditional festival games (ennichi), as well as a bingo tournament with a chance to win circus tickets through a lottery. With administrative booths and displays of police motorcycles and police patrol cars, the event offers content that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
