Art Forest Music Festival: Listen, Touch, and Play Music Experience

About this event

Set in "Toki no Mori" and "Art Garden," this is a participatory music festival where you can not only listen, but also experience music by actually touching musical instruments. You can experience instruments and musical cultures originating from China, Europe, South America, and Africa, each possessing distinct charms. In addition to concerts, programs where you can actually try out instruments are scheduled, offering a close distance to performers and bringing music within easy reach. You can enjoy a special time surrounded by forest air and art while listening to, playing, and touching music. At the venue, an exhibition of Western reproduction paintings formerly collected by artist Kiichi Oishi can also be viewed. Furthermore, entertaining activities like a "Special Riddle-Solving Project" and walking through the green forest to the singing of wild birds are also provided.
