The "49th Tamba Ware Pottery Festival: Autumn Village Tour", held in Tambasasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture, will take place from October 9 to October 18, 2026. This event features a wide variety of attractions, including the Tamba Ware Kiln Tour Market, Tamba Ware Vessel Market, Sue no Sato Marche, Flame and Clay Drama Exhibition - Kiln Masters Share Their Passion for "Firing" in kamanjyo, Vessels Blooming Wildly, Tamba Ware Mud Fair, Tamba Ware Gachapon, and the Tamba Ware Lottery. In particular, at the Tamba Ware Kiln Tour Market, approximately 50 kilns offer elaborate displays and services, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the charm of Tamba ware. At the Sue no Sato Marche, not only kilns but also stalls selling agricultural produce, food, and beverages create a lively atmosphere. In addition, admission to Sue no Sato is free on certain days during the event period.
