The "2026 Nozoe Fireworks Display," held in Harima Town, Hyogo Prefecture, is a handmade fireworks festival created through the united effort of local residents. Bringing food or alcohol into the venue is not permitted, and visitors are required to follow good manners, such as taking their trash home. Children of elementary school age and younger must be accompanied by a guardian. As no parking is provided, arriving on foot or by bicycle is recommended. Viewing areas include reserved square seating spaces (2.5 meters square) requiring advance booking and same-day unreserved general seating. Square seating reservations can be made at the Nozoe Community Center counter or online via QR code. Square seat locations are determined by lottery and will be notified later by email. Sharing a space with other parties may occur, and residents of Harima Town may be given priority in the event of high demand. Reservations for square seating cannot be made solely by junior high school students or younger. Wheelchair viewing seats are also available. Volunteer pyrotechnicians are also being recruited, and anyone can participate regardless of gender. This fireworks festival is organized by the Nozoe Community Committee, supported by the Hasuike Elementary School Hotaru-no-Kai, and sponsored by Harima Town.
