Held in Kamikawa Town, Hyogo Prefecture, 'The 7th Kamikawa Hill Climb' is a cycling event where participants race up a course of approximately 17.3 km with an elevation gain of 770 m and an average gradient of 4.5% from Kamikawa Town Hall to Mineyama Kogen Resort Green Peak. The course heading toward Mineyama Kogen Resort features hairpin turns and a steep slope in the latter half, adding excitement to cyclists' autumn. Categories include a Road Bike Champion Class, age-based classes, and an Open Division (mountain bikes, cross bikes, etc.), open to participants junior high school age and older with no upper age limit. The Champion Class has a time limit for completion. This sports event stimulates cyclists' competitive spirit while allowing them to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Kamikawa Town.
