Tottori Prefecture Kotoura Town Farming Experience Tour

About this event

A farming experience tour in Kotoura Town will be held for those considering entering agriculture or relocating. It is a 3-day, 2-night program where participants can engage in mini-tomato cultivation at a farmer's farm and experience the atmosphere of the production area and life in the region. Solo participants as well as families are welcome. Accommodation during the tour is free of charge, but transportation to Kotoura Town and meals during the stay must be covered by participants. However, a 50% subsidy is provided for transportation expenses to the meeting point. Participants must bring easy-to-move-in clothes, a hat, and a towel. When using JR trains, town staff will provide transportation within the town during farming activities. Personal accident insurance during the tour will be covered by the town.
