The 'Jinzai Festival and Lake Jinzai On-the-Lake Fireworks Festival' held in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, is a fireworks event co-hosted by the annual 'Jinzai Festival' organized by local volunteers and the 'Koryo Dontokoi Festival'.
