Gotenchi Night Park: Playing with the Stars in the Evening Square

About this event

Set in the Kokushikan and Ieyasu Goten Historic Site Plaza, 'Gotenchi Night Park' will be held, allowing visitors to leisurely enjoy a starry sky. At the event, guests can experience a journey to the moon at the Moon Theater with commentary by Dr. Flare, as well as observe seasonal celestial bodies through telescopes during a stargazing session using the Pegasus II mobile astronomical observatory van from Fuchu no Mori Museum. Furthermore, there will be workshops to build and launch original rockets, constellation coloring, and a word rally where participants search for hidden letters across the venue to complete words. Those who complete the word rally will receive 200 Fuchu Pay points and sweets as a present. The historic site area will be beautifully lit up, and a food truck area and kids' space will also be set up. It will be a night where everyone from children to adults can fully enjoy the starry sky, history, and fun activities.
