Miyajima Industry Festival 2026

About this event

Held at the Miyajima Pier Plaza, "Miyajima Industry Festival 2026" brings together numerous crafts and specialty products from Miyajima and neighboring regions in one place. There will be live demonstrations of Miyajima woodturning (rokuro) by active artisans, as well as hands-on workshop corners such as woodturning and making goods using recycled oyster shells. Works entered into the Miyajima Specialty Product Promotion Competition will also be on display, including award-winning pieces such as the Hiroshima Prefecture Governor's Award and the Miyajima Brand Grand Prize. It is an event packed with fun where you can experience traditional crafts and local specialties of Miyajima.
