About this event
Held in Akiota Town, Hiroshima Prefecture, in front of the Shinnyusan Green Shower administration building, 'Forest Cafe in Akiota' is an event designed to soothe the mind and body in the forest. It offers many popular annual programs, including free forest therapy and yoga sessions, as well as craft experiences. Food trucks and food stalls will also be present, and visitors can enjoy forest concerts and kagura performances on stage. In addition, the 'Momiji Walk' walking event will be held simultaneously, allowing participants to fully enjoy the charm of the mountains throughout the day. The programs are divided into three themes: 'Eating' to appreciate nature's blessings, 'Refreshing' to restore the power of nature using the five senses, and 'Playing & Learning' to learn about the connection between nature and humans. It is an experiential event unique to nature-rich Akiota Town that both adults and children can enjoy together.
