This is a one-day experience tour to discover the delicious food and warmth of the people of Sera Town. The program is designed to let participants feel that 'nursing care might actually be interesting' while engaging with the local charm, the dedication of the working people, cutting-edge welfare, and warm everyday living. On the tour, participants visit the special nursing homes Koryuen and Seseragien to observe initiatives such as operational efficiency improvements using ICT equipment and 'no-lift care.' By experiencing caregiving sites that are rarely seen, welfare will feel much closer. Additionally, the tour visits tourist farms and cafes to fully enjoy the diverse charms of Sera Town. Participants can experience the regional appeal while getting in touch with how the people of Sera live and work.
