About this event

The "Nakatoya Music Festival" is an acoustic music festival held at Nakatoya Camp Site in Sobetsu Town, Usu District, Hokkaido. Feeling the rich nature of Lake Toya up close, it offers a special day where the delicate sounds unique to acoustic music blend with the lakeside breeze and trees. A diverse lineup, from luxurious and talented artists to local junior high school students, will color the lakeside. Performers include Tsuyoshi Nariyama from "sleepy.ab," which has performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, SUMMER SONIC, and more; Riku Nakanishi, who creates NHK program theme songs; the Lake Toya-born unit "ueru"; and the local Sobetsu Junior High School Brass Band. Specialized in acoustic formations, it creates an exquisite space where the wind and waves of Lake Toya, the swaying trees, and music become one. Every admission ticket comes with a natural hot spring bath ticket for the on-site hot spring attached to the campsite, making it a hands-on festival that fully utilizes local resources to enjoy music, camping, and hot springs all at once. Free admission for elementary school students and younger.
