Yuki Continuous Autumn Festivals

About this event

Autumn festivals will be held in various communities across the Yuki district of Minami Town starting September 11. Each community showcases its own unique features, making for impressive festivals. In particular, the mikoshi portable shrines carried into the sea are rare, attracting photographers from both inside and outside the prefecture. Festivals will be held from September 12 to 13 at Kiki Hachiman Shrine (Kiki district), September 13 to 14 at Nishinoji Okazaki Shrine (Nishinoji district), September 11 to 13 at Nishiyuki Hachiman Shrine (Nishiyuki district), and September 21 to 23 at Miyauchi Shrine (Abe district). However, event dates may change depending on the year.
